Rebellion is our new Honey-Spiced Rum Stout

We use our Tempest Honey spiced Rum and steep it in oak chips before adding it to the beer during the conditioning phase. The beer is dark, stormy and very drinkable!

A Dark & Stormy London Porter

Brewed using Pale, Crystal, Black and Chocolate malts together with Bobek and Bramling Cross hops. A dark brown porter with a pronounced depth of flavour.

Black Ven takes its name from the Blue Lias cliffs to the East of Lyme Regis where the famous palaeontologist Mary Anning found her first Ichthyosaur in 1811.

Golden Cap is a craft lager brewed with lager yeast, malts and Perle hops.

3 weeks of cold fermentation, followed by 6 weeks of lagering in cold store, delivers full-bodied mature flavours, with a hint of honey and a citrusy finish.

It’s named after the highest cliff on the south coast, towering 627ft above sea level.

Town Mill Best is a hearty best bitter.

A full bodied traditional bitter, brewed using Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts coupled with Goldings and Cascade hops. Packed full of fruit and nut flavours.

Town Mill Best takes its name from the ancient water mill in Lyme Regis where the brewery was founded. Our Tap Room is nestled in the Town Mill Courtyard.

Seafarer’s Session Bitter

Brewed using Pale, Crystal and Amber malts together with Fuggles and Goldings hops. This session bitter has a full flavour and traditional-tasting fruity hop finish.

Cobb takes its name from the ancient stone harbour which protects the ships and beaches of our home town of Lyme Regis.

Revenge is a Proper Strong IPA.

Pale and Amber malts coupled with Fuggles and Cascade hops give this traditional IPA a well balanced hop and spiced fruit flavour.

In 1588 a small ship named “Revenge” set sail from Lyme to support the English Fleet in its fight against the approaching Spanish Armada in the English Channel.

Dorset Pearl is our English Pale Ale.

Brewed using Pale and Crystal malts, together with Fuggles, Crystal and Perle hops delivering a pleasant floral aroma and a classic, crisp, refreshing hop finish.

Dorset Pearl is named after Lyme Regis – known widely as “The Pearl of Dorset” which sits at the heart of The Jurassic Coast.

“A Blighty Good Pale Ale!”

Lyme Gold is an easy drinking crisp golden ale.

A subtle blend of Pale malt with Cascade and Bobek hops deliver a fresh, citrusy aroma and sweet initial taste, followed by a light bitter finish.

Lyme Gold takes its name from the delicate golden pyrite ammonites commonly found on the beaches of The Jurassic Coast.
